ABSTRACT: This study aims to investigate Assistive Technology (AT) and Universal Learning Design (ULD) to support pedagogical practice. The analysis involves the principles of UDL, which seeks to create flexible and adaptable teaching environments, in connection with AT that can be incorporated synergistically to meet the individual needs of students. The justification for approaching this topic is underpinned by the need to support teachers in using inclusive practices and thus create educational environments that are equally effective for all students, regardless of their individual differences. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, the study is characterised by bibliographical research, where a survey was carried out on the CAPES journal portal and Google Scholar, in order to search the relevant literature for authors who discuss AT and DUA in the context of supporting inclusive pedagogical practice.
