The InCantare Journal is a continuously published journal linked to the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies and Research in Music Therapy (NEPIM) at the State University of Paraná (UNESPAR) – Curitiba Campus II – Faculty of Arts of Paraná.
Created in 2010 under the name NEPIM, the journal was renamed InCantare in 2012. Interdisciplinary in nature, it is dedicated to publishing original and unpublished works, including scientific articles, essays, reviews, interviews, translations, letters to the editor, and descriptive memoirs.
Its scope encompasses research that contributes to the fields of Music Therapy, Music, Education, Health, and related areas. Submissions can be made in two ways: thematic calls (dossiers) and annual continuous calls, thus encouraging the exchange of knowledge among researchers from various educational institutions, both Brazilian and foreign.

All submitted works undergo double-blind peer review by two ad hoc reviewers, in addition to final editorial review by the journal's editors. The average evaluation and publication time is around 90 days.
The InCantare Journal is available online, ISSN 2317-417X.
The InCantare Journal receives articles exclusively through author registration on the UNESPAR journal portal.
Peer Review Process
The names of authors and reviewers will be kept confidential. Contributions submitted by authors will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers plus review by the editors.
