This article aims to analyze the National Curriculum Matrix proposed by the National Secretariat for Public Security (SENASP/MJ), more specifically its general teaching objective that standardizes the curriculum networks of public security professionals throughout the country. The methodology used to unveil this problem was qualitative research with a literature review. Our theoretical perspective was the French-based Discourse Analysis which deals with the relationship between language, ideology and history. The focused category of analysis was the Discursive Formation. The results of this research showed that this instrument of curricular standardization instead of presenting institutional improvements, dialogues with the wishes of capital to perpetuate its sociability project.
