ESTUDIO DE LECCIONES PARA NO JAPONESES
¿ES POSIBLE JUGYO KENKYU FUERA DE JAPÓN?

La enseñanza es una actividad cultural, y como tal, se rige por marcos mentales que moldean conductas. El Jugyo Kenkyu, o Lesson Study, como se le conoce mundialmente, forma parte del sistema educativo japonés orientado a mejorar la enseñanza de los maestros de educación primaria y ha sido implementado en otras culturas. Dada la complejidad y las bases culturales japonesas del Jugyo Kenkyu, es fundamental identificar enfoques, distancias y obstáculos a la hora de aplicarlos en ámbitos escolares no japoneses, tal como lo reportan educadores e investigadores japoneses y se materializa en una revisión sistemática denominada Snowballing. La revisión se basó en ocho trabajos científicos, filtrados por descriptores y criterios de inclusión diseñados en un protocolo, cuyos principales resultados apuntaron al uso del ciclo planificación-implementación-reflexión (aproximación); tratar el Lesson Study como un taller, desconsiderar los objetivos a largo plazo, enfocarse en el docente y no en la enseñanza (distanciamiento); falta de apoyo administrativo y gubernamental (obstáculo).
