This study presents a systematic mapping of the literature on the use of digital technologies in mathematics teaching for deaf students, focusing on Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The aim was to identify recurrent technologies, the mathematical contents addressed, and the main methodological limitations present in studies published between January 2015 and April 2026. Searches were conducted in the Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and CAPES databases through the application of previously defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. After the selection process, five studies composed the final corpus of analysis. The results indicate that Augmented Reality is the most recurrent technology among the analyzed studies, especially associated with the teaching of geometric content, while Artificial Intelligence stands out as a promising trend, still concentrated in experimental contexts. Recurring limitations were identified, such as small sample sizes, short-term interventions, and limited curricular integration. It is concluded that, although there are promising indications regarding the pedagogical potential of these technologies, the field still requires more consolidated and diversified investigations to support broadly grounded pedagogical recommendations.
