UMA EXPERIÊNCIA DE EDUCAÇÃO MATEMÁTICA CRÍTICA COM ALUNOS DO ENSINO MÉDIO A PARTIR DA TABELA NUTRICIONAL DE ALIMENTOS

The article presents the validation of an educational material on Statistical Education from nutritional tables of foods and evaluates its contribution to the reflection on eating habits from the perspective of Critical Mathematics Education. The theoretical and methodological framework consider the reference to reality within the scope of Ole Skovsmose's landscapes of investigation. The validation of the material was carried out with Integrated High School students from a federal institution in February 2019. Based on this experience, the text explores the potential of the educational material, pointing out reflections on critical thinking regarding Mathematics Education, Nutritional Education and to Statistical Education. In addition to learning about Statistics content and nutritional information, we concluded that the activity provided a more critical look at the students' eating habits, encouraging them to think about healthy eating.
