The writing is dedicated to the observation of artistic propositions that work with body-earth approximation movements. Having as its central interest practices carried out by Latin American artists, the article aims to investigate and relate actions that bet on exercises of body-soil coupling, understanding them as gestures of resistance to silencing, anesthetization, distancing and the spectacularization of life proper to the project. modern/colonial capitalistic in its contemporary version. Excavation actions to open sensitive portals, turning the earth to listen with the hands, opening the body to be a channel. Artists who create body-world alliances, cracks for the emergence of other sensibilities, for other listening, other voices. Actions such as Ana Mendieta, Tania Bruguera, Seba Calfuqueo, Rodrigo Braga, Natália Lobo Tupinambá, Tieta Macau, among others, who invest in experiences of contact with the living world, vibrating the experience of the forces of the world in their bodies as a way of denouncing, but also of proclamation, of other configurations of life on a wounded land. The work articulates descriptions and analyzes of proposals with reflections developed by the artists in dialogue with the ideas of authors such as Maria Lugones, Fernanda Eugénio, Suely Rolnik, Ailton Krenak, Peter Pál Pelbart, among others.
