O uso do cinema em aulas de filosofia: a aprendizagem de conceitos através de filmes

This article aims to explore the potential of Cinema in the teaching of Philosophy for high school grades. The proposal is to use films in the classroom to encourage the teaching and learning of philosophical concepts. In this way, theoretical and methodological foundations will be presented, suggesting a class script capable of elucidating the relationships between Cinema and Philosophy, films and philosophical concepts, Cinematographic Art and Education and between cinematographic and educational experience. In this sense, the objective is to demonstrate that the use of films in the classroom, given the appropriate methodology, can become a fruitful strategy for teaching and learning philosophical concepts through the cinematographic experience. Also, at the end of the text, some suggestions of films to be worked on in Philosophy classes will be presented, associated with contents of this curricular component, with philosophers and concepts.
