O ensino de direção de fotografia nos cursos de Cinema e Audiovisual das IES públicas do Nordeste

Abstract

The present study observes the context in which Cinema and Audiovisual courses appear within this georeference, which coincide with the period of political actions of restructuring and expansion of public Higher Education Institutions in Brazil, implemented by federal administrations between 2003 and 2015. Check it out, beginning, the relevance of such policies for the development of the cinema area in the Northeast. The work specifically addresses the treatment given to the teaching of cinematography in the political pedagogical projects of bachelor's degrees in cinema at public university in the Brazilian Northeast. Based on the regulatory documents for bachelor's degrees, observed from a content analysis, particularities were identified in the way of presentation and approach to the area of ​​photography direction in the curricular matrix of each of the degrees, based on the number of curricular components, in the nomenclatures, in the specifications of the menus and in the provisions of each project, as well as the need for updating in certain cases.. Points of approximation and distance between the courses were identified when viewed from the teaching of photography direction. With this balance, the constructed panorama is intended to guide those who do and those who seek training in photography direction in the Brazilian Northeast.
