Knowledge management is essential for business competitiveness, allowing organizations to transform employees' tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, which can be used to improve performance and achieve benefits such as increased revenue, better positioning, and easier access to new markets. The research aims to identify the key factors and practices applied in companies' administrative processes, analyze the correlation between variables such as size and economic sector of the organizations, and assess the consistency of data through statistical measures of dispersion. To achieve these objectives, a data collection instrument was designed, consisting of 24 variables organized into nine categories. Statistical analysis revealed significant relationships between the size of organizations and key variables, such as adequate infrastructure and the use of technologies for knowledge management. The results suggest that larger companies tend to implement more structured and efficient practices in knowledge management, which in turn positively impacts their competitiveness. Additionally, the correlation between size and responses provided a comprehensive view of how various variables interact depending on resources and organizational structure. In conclusion, the proper implementation of knowledge management, supported by rigorous statistical analysis, enables organizations to enhance their competitiveness by optimally leveraging their human and technological resources.
