Amid rapid changes in information and communication technologies (ICTs), popular education is portrayed as a crucial strategy to revitalize pedagogical methods, foster holistic individual development, and address exclusion in the digital age.
The article emphasizes that popular education, through active participation, horizontal dialogue, and contextualization, complements traditional teaching. In this context, technology is seen as both a challenge and an opportunity.
