O presente artigo busca apresentar um breve recorte da cena teatral e da escola
de formação de atores moscovita contemporânea, refletindo e tentando unificar possíveisfundamentos históricos, muitas vezes colocados em campos opostos, entre os trabalhos dosreformuladores Constantin Stanislavski e Anton Tchecov por um lado, com os dosvanguardistas Vsevolod Meierhold e Vladimir Maiakovski de outro, e de que forma estesartistas contribuíram para influenciar uma parcela do panorama cênico do século XX.
