A Formação Continuada de Professores para o Novo Ensino Médio no Distrito Federal – Um estudo de caso

This article aims to analyze ongoing teacher training for the New High School in the Federal District, focusing on the following question: What are the contributions of ongoing training to the development of pedagogical practices for the NEM? Additionally, we present the challenges faced regarding ongoing training, where teachers are prepared to implement the guidelines provided by the BNCC. For data collection, we used a questionnaire with objective questions applied to some teachers and the pedagogical coordinator of a public school in the DF. Nóvoa theories were used as a reference. The results indicated many challenges to be faced by the SEDDF concerning ongoing teacher training for the NEM in the DF. The challenge of offering training aligned with classroom realities and teaching practices was also highlighted.
