Formação inicial no contexto pandêmico: uma experiência com narração de histórias

The most punctual, specific data on literacy, at this pandemic moment, reveals alarming numbers of the lack of access to this right in the early years of elementary school. It is in this context that concerns about the situation of the training of future teachers, who also had classes remotely, arise. The purpose of this text is to point out issues related to literacy, but specifically, in the development of the Literacy Methodology discipline in the Pedagogy course of a public institution, during the context of the covid 19 pandemic, in 2021. The article points out the present challenges, but highlights the relevance of initial training that, despite all adversity, allowed reflections on the relationship between the methodology and the experiences of training experiences in literacy, amid the context of the global pandemic, with emphasis on oral storytelling.
