Transgressão dos paradigmas do ensino tecnicista na EPT: caminhos para uma educação humana integral

The article proposes a critical study of the technical paradigms of professional education, carrying out a historical analysis of this model, which prioritizes the instrumentalization of teaching and mechanical memorization to the detriment of the integral development of the human being. Through a bibliographical review, we seek to identify strategies to transgress this model, still present in educational practices, and propose viable paths for an integral human education, aimed at the development of students beyond the contents applied in the classroom, promoting a preparation for life in society. The work presents a brief trajectory of professional education, identifying some technical aspects and discussing possible ways to break these paradigms. Education is proposed that not only prepares people for the job market, but also trains conscious, critical citizens committed to building a more just and humane society.
