Mar de Sophia é um ensaio visual que parte da apropriação de textos como metodologia de tradução para a realização de um trabalho de arte. A partir da observação do encontro do mar na areia registrado em aquarelas e a lembrança de poemas da portuguesa Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen (1919-2004), surgem os poemas visuais apresentados neste ensaio.
