In this article we intend to present a method of artistic mediation, called synesthetic fruition, which starts from the concept of synesthesia, that is, the atypical double perception of a single stimulus. The research is outlined on the sensorial, conceptual and affective association of perception and imagination, which are unique and subjective to each human being. This study refers to the investigations of the authors Fayga Ostrower (1987) and Rosangella Leote (2015) on the creative process and perception, approaching the work of art, the artist, the viewer and their relationships through synesthesia. And to elucidate the synesthetic fruition, Accomplished a brief analyzes of the works “Cello Suite No. 1 – Bach” (2016), by Melissa McCracken (1990), and “J.S. Bach, Sonata No. 1” (1988), by Sergius Erdelyi (1919-2015). Since traditional exhibition spaces are often exclusive, it is also intended to highlight the inclusive possibilities of this procedure, understanding the potential of physical, mental, cognitive and sensory differences between individuals.
