Abstract

Situated within a context of rapid expansion of digital technologies, artificial intelligence (AI) has come to occupy a prominent position in discussions surrounding multiple spheres of human creativity, ranging from the arts to cultural production and advertising. This study aims to present and discuss the context and emerging perspectives of scientific production at the intersection of arts, artificial intelligence, and advertising. To this end, a bibliometric survey of the most relevant articles indexed in the Scopus database was conducted, enabling subsequent discussion and the identification of key aspects associated with contemporary realities. The findings indicate a prevailing tendency toward managerial and pragmatic solutions, coupled with a hegemonic concentration of production among countries of the Global North, thereby underscoring the need for a research agenda oriented toward AI literacy and a critical-reflexive stance.
