Quality of life in a multinational.
An analysis from the perspective of the WHOQOL-bref.

The quality of life goes beyond comfort and material possessions; it encompasses physical, mental, social, and environmental balance. This article analyzes the quality of life of employees at a multinational company using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire, developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). The study, adopting a quantitative and descriptive approach, aimed to evaluate the factors influencing the well-being of employees of a company located in Paranaguá, Paraná. The results indicated positive quality of life scores but highlighted areas requiring attention, such as sleep-related issues and fatigue. Although the work environment was considered healthy, the data suggest a need for improvements to ensure greater balance in employees’ daily lives. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing external strategies to enhance workplace conditions and updated initiatives for future actions that foster well-being in the corporate environment, along with changes that can transform people's.
