Abstract: This first-person writing, which takes on the characteristics of fictional performative writing (Lyra, 2020), constitutes part of the master's thesis presented to the Postgraduate Program in Performing Arts at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. North, in the Research Line: Scene Interface, Policies, Performances, Culture and Space. The research entitled “The Recipe – Stepping on Garlic in the Black Theater with Black Women”, and guided by Profa. Dra. Luciana de Fátima Rocha Pereira Lyra, is a Performative Researcher, who has the solo show A Receita, which addresses violence against black women, as the center of the investigation and an example of Black Theater. The research aims to reflect on how to create articulated actions that aim to open paths that oppose violence, in favor of encouraging the social healing of black women. The solo A Receita is part of the repertoire of the Black Theater group O Poste Soluções Luminosas, highlighted here as a possibility of sharing their practices and paths in favor of a Contra colonial movement (Santos, 2015) as in an Aquilombamento (Nascimento, 1985; Dias , 2022). In addition to the path already presented, the writing will start from reflections on black theater (Lima, 2011; Barbosa, 2021) and black feminism (Gonzalez, 2018), based on a poetics of the body and ancestry (Santos, 2015).
