This article reflects on experiences in improvisation and musical creation from provocations of subjectivity, referring to experiences and ideas from different areas, including free improvisation, theatrical techniques of improvisation and actor preparation, and contributions from dance and body arts. It is also part of my practice as an artist-researcher-teacher, in the investigation of collective-collaborative creation processes. It reports some of these experiences, in terms of its procedures, their reception by the public and the personal recording of the participating artists, proposing an open musical practice that, while investing in the intuitive immersion of the body, voice and instruments in space, promotes awareness of the process in the group, configuring itself, therefore, and also, as an investigation into the pedagogy of collective and collaborative creative processes. These hybrid musical creation processes act through the bodies that place themselves in a state of play. Body, presence, sound, voice, space, gesture, movement, guide the way from which memories, sensations, emotions, affections, feelings, images, ideas find form in the ephemerality of improvisation. Total involvement of the body/subject is necessary for this to happen. The public is an fundamental part of the proposal, as it is about communicating presence and the moment.
Key words: collaborative processes of musical creation; music and subjectivity; free improvisation; music and hybridity.
