Abstract

O artigo pretende se debruçar sobre a tomada de um novo rumo na condução das polí­ticas para o audiovisual no Brasil, durante os anos 00. Partindo da descrição e análise de decretos, projetos e programas configurados por essa gestão no recorte temporal do artigo e postos em prática por meio da Secretaria do Audiovisual, o trabalho visa analisar os impactos de tais mecanismos na atividade cinematográfica.

Thiago da Silva Tavares

Thiago tem experiência em Audiovisual e Produção Cultural. Possui graduação em Cinema pela Estácio (Unesa), É especialista em Produção Cultural pelo Programa de Estudos Culturais e Sociais - PECS/UCAM (2016). Possui pesquisa acadêmica sobre as polí­ticas públicas para o setor cinematográfico e sobre a economia do audiovisual. Tem interesse nos seguintes temas: polí­ticas públicas de cultura, polí­tica cultural, legislação audiovisual.
