Abstract

A pesquisa visa à análise e compreensão, além da música produzida por K-ximbinho, doscontextos pelos quais passou o compositor, percebendo elementos fundamentais para a sua formação.Também propõe uma reflexão sobre a noção de significado musical e os possí­veis processos dehibridação ou outro termo que se pretenda relacionar às misturas entre os gêneros musicais Jazz eChoro, fundamentada pelo conceito de hiridação cultural e globalização de Garcia Canclini.
