Abstract

This paper presents the results of an integrative literature review about motor alterations and the quality of life in children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. For this purpose, a summary of the results of studies published related to the topic was carried out, being the search conducted in the Virtual Health Library database and the following search strategy was used: Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Motor Dexterity, Quality of Life and Child Development, indexed in the Descriptors in Science and Health (DeCS) and Medical SubjectHeading (MesH). Therefore, by covering the period from 2015 to 2022 in Portuguese, English and Spanish languages. Were found 65 articles, of which excluded 50 articles after reading titles and abstracts, only 06 were included. The results point to a possible delay in motor development in the activities of daily living of children with autism.
