“Salvando Dory": uma proposta de jogo digital como objeto de aprendizagem para o desenvolvimento da Educação Ambiental

Technological advances directly influence social relations in different sectors of society, including Education. Therefore, the construction and organization of Brazilian education must be linked to the broad and effective use of teaching and digital resources in learning environments, in an attempt to provide comprehensive training for students and teachers at the school institution. The aim of this work is to present and evaluate a proposal for Learning Object (LO), in the format of an educational game, built from the principles of Environmental Education (EE) and anchored in the assumptions of the Cognitivist Learning Theory. Therefore, the prepared LO was subjected to analysis of the pedagogical and technical aspects, seeking to evaluate the potentialities and weaknesses of the digital LO produced from the EE perspective. However, the data presented is significant, as the digital and educational instrument constructed develops knowledge about environmental causes and problems, encouraging the formation of conscious individuals capable of promoting sustainability in school, in everyday life and in society.
