The Executive Secretariat degree is made up of a multidisciplinary curriculum, as there are several areas of knowledge that make up this course. But which subjects can be considered core to this degree? The aim of this study was to compare and analyze the curricula of Executive Secretariat courses offered at public institutions in the state of Paraná to identify which subjects can be considered as part of the common core of this professional's training. Methodologically, this research was developed through bibliographical (Amado, Pedro 2002; Severino, 2013) and documentary (Fachin, 2006) investigations. Theoretically, we based our discussions on authors from the fields of Executive Secretariat (Sabino; Rocha, 2004), (Anjos; Lira, 2019), (Maia, 2015), (Alcantara, 2012). Therefore, we aim to contribute to discussions that foster better development of teaching and learning processes in undergraduate Executive Secretariat programs in Brazil, especially to strengthen research in the bachelor's degree area.
