Abstract

Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC's) have been developing uncontrollably in recent years. In the area of education, some changes are also taking place, mainly with the implementation of the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). This work aims to study how digital technologies are inserted in the official documents that guide Basic Education, identifying and discussing the points that address digital information and communication technologies in Mathematics Teaching. For this, documentary research was carried out at the BNCC of Elementary Education, in the Mathematics discipline. As a result, there are several mentions about the use of digital technologies, applications, software and electronic spreadsheets in the document, however, the way in which the BNCC is structured does not contribute to the technologies being explored, and to assist in the teaching-learning process. students' learning, as references to the uses of TDIC's are superficial and extremely broad, which sometimes, in addition to not stimulating, makes it difficult to insert such resources in the classroom.
